§39 — What evidence to be given when statement forms part of a conversation, document, electronic record, book or series of letters or papers

This was amended first by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1914 (10 of 1914), and then by the A.O. 1937, the A.O. 1948 and the A.O. 1950 to read as above. 6.
